Servicing - When KPE services machines, a thorough inspection of the entire machine is conducted. Lubrication jobs are no longer good enough in order to ensure that a machine is in good order to perform trouble-free for the next bottling season. A typical service on a GAI monoblock would be the complete removal of all components and turrets off the rinser, filler and corker aggregates. Once the components have been checked (on CNC machines at the workshop), the parts and machine is re-assembled. Faulty parts are replaced and once complete, the machine in essence is in the same condition as originally supplied by the manufacturer.
